Twin Falls Waterfalls & Cliff Jumping | Maui Hawaii Road to Hana

Twin Falls on the famous Road to Hana is one of Maui’s most popular waterfall stops—and for good reason. This short rainforest hike leads to a series of beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes hidden beneath lush jungle canopy. During this visit, we stopped at the first few falls, which are only a short walk from the parking area, and spent time swimming in the cool pools and cliff jumping into the deeper sections.

The trail itself is easy and family-friendly, winding through tropical plants and bamboo groves with the sound of rushing water all around. Even though Twin Falls can get busy, there are plenty of spots to enjoy the scenery, take a dip, and watch others leap from the rocks into the natural pools. The combination of short hike, accessible waterfalls, and safe jumping spots makes this a perfect first stop on a Road to Hana adventure.

This video shows what it was like exploring Twin Falls that day—from walking the short trail through the rainforest to swimming under the waterfalls and doing a few cliff jumps. It was a fun stop on our way along the Road to Hana and a great place to cool off before continuing the drive.
