Epic Rappel at Battle Creek Falls | Waterfall Canyoneering in Utah

Battle Creek Falls is a popular hiking destination near Pleasant Grove, Utah — but it also makes for an epic waterfall rappel when the flow is up. On this trip, I tackle a thrilling descent down the 50-foot cascade, surrounded by steep canyon walls and flowing water. With easy access and a scenic approach, this spot offers an awesome opportunity for waterfall canyoneering close to the Wasatch Front.

There is also a great area for setting up a rappel next to the waterfall while staying out of the flow. After I finished rappelling directly in the falls, we moved the rope over and Hailey and Zoey where able to get a turn without getting wet.
