Cliff jumping at Kapena Falls | Alapena Pool and Kapena Falls Trail | Hawaii Waterfalls

Kapena Falls Trail is a short easy trail to a pool with a small waterfall and cliff jumping. There are multiple places to jump from with the highest being around 35ft. The falls are located right outside Honolulu so it's really quick to get to. It's a good idea to check the water depth here before jumping. I touched the bottom a little when jumping from the top.
