Canyoneering Diana's Throne Canyon with a Kid | Utah Slot Canyons

Diana’s Throne (Elkheart Cliffs Slot Canyon) is a scenic and beginner-friendly technical slot canyon near Mount Carmel Junction in Southern Utah. On this adventure, we explored the stunning sandstone formations, navigated fun downclimbs, and completed a series of short rappels through the narrow canyon walls. The route offered a perfect mix of challenge and enjoyment for our group, with plenty of hands-on obstacles to climb over and squeeze through. Zoey especially enjoyed the interactive terrain and unique rock features that make this canyon a hidden gem for families and beginner canyoneers alike.
