Canyoneering Benson Creek | Waterfall Rappelling in Southern Utah

Benson Creek is a short yet action-packed canyon near Parowan, Utah, featuring multiple waterfalls — including the scenic Hidden Haven Falls. This amazing canyoneering route offers a fun mix of waterfalls and lush canyon scenery, making it a great option for a quick half-day adventure. Despite its short length, the flowing waterfalls and natural beauty made this one of my favorite canyon experiences to date. We even enjoyed it so much, we went through it twice in a row. Benson Creek is a hidden gem in Southern Utah that’s perfect for experienced canyoneers looking for a refreshing, waterfall-filled route.
